Beneficiary:
Children from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Eligible for admission under Section 12(1)(c) of the Right to Education Act, 2009. Children from Disadvantaged Groups (DG): As defined under the Act, including socially marginalized communities. Children from vulnerable backgrounds: Such as those belonging to migrant families. Children with disabilities: Ensuring inclusive access to education with necessary accommodations. Parents/Guardians of such children: Recognized as beneficiaries too, since children may not be able to independently access legal services. They are entitled to assistance in applications, documentation, and grievance redressal.

Free Legal Aid & Assistance Children and their parents/guardians receive free legal services to secure admission under the Right to Education Act, 2009. This includes help with applications, documentation, and grievance redressal. Educational Access & Continuity Ensures admission, retention, and continuation of education for children from weaker sections, disadvantaged groups, migrant families, and children with disabilities. Supportive Entitlements Assistance in accessing scholarships, hostel facilities, midday meals, and mentoring support to reduce dropout rates. Awareness & Outreach Legal literacy and awareness programs in vulnerable communities to spread knowledge about educational rights and entitlements. Special Focus on Vulnerable Groups Tailored support for marginalized communities, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunity in education.
